Maybe....but as a recruiter for 23+ years, the biggest objection I could see is that many employers couldn't see past their noses to know what the military person could do for them. I felt sometimes there was a bit of fear in the employer....he/she might realize that the potential new employee might actually be able to take over their own job! But usually, it was because the military resume didn't fit into a business format....Sometimes you have to lead them by the hand.....

Very true in sales as well....and after all, all looking for a job is, is selling yourself and your talents to that new prospective employer.

Every single job is a sales job.....even a librarian's job. But many people don't recognize that.
