Anyone have any opinion on paying off mortgage with portfolio money. I have about 67.5 thou left on my mortgage and could easily pay it off. The interest rate is 8.125 with about 25 years left. I looked at the amount of interest one would have to pay the bank and almost gagged. Anybody else thinking about this???
