You don't go in and do tendon repair on old people. It's almost always a failure. I popped them throwing women on the dance floor 14 years ago. Got the MRI and warned not to touch them with surgery. Same thing again five years ago. Now they have gone again and it's time for more shots. Being an old fart is not much fun physically. But you need to be realistic about what is possible and what is not. Plus, we are all different. Don't expect what works for one to work for all.
