Seems to me there may be some confusion as to the number of shares
owned by Darby and Ex-husband. I'm confused as to where Larry got the
700,813 outstanding shares owned by Darby. If the following excerpts from the SEC filings are correct, and I have to believe that they are,
then Darby combined with Ex-husband sold 79,980 shares between these
two reporting dates. I remain unclear regarding the exact number of shares sold since 6/6/97 as the sell dates and the reporting dates are
different. Jany reports 90,000 sold so if we take the reported shares
owned as of June 30, 1997 and subtract 90,000, the total amount owned by Darby combined with Ex-husband is 1,990,793 as of the current date
which calculates that about 4.3% of their holdings were sold. Maybe someone can clarify the divorce status. For the purposes of speculation, is it
possible that Darby or her Ex needed to buy a house, settlement expenses, etc.....? Does anyone know when the divorce was final or is it final?
