GURE - "Gulf Chairman to Consider Privatization Option" This type of thing is irritating, to put it lightly. Management realizing the stock is grossly undervalued and working to take it private for themselves. Price popped 20% bringing the PE to a "hefty" 2.5. I got burned like this when Toronto Dominion did something similar long ago.
