Excuse me but I think you have your facts wrong. GTMM is the relatively new ticker of The Guitammer Company. Please see otcbb.com for our profile. We are a REAL company that went public as a reporting OTC BB company by filing a form 10. We have never been a shell nor did we ever do a reverse merger. FINRA gave us "GTMM" and unfortunately that ticker may have been used before. BUT The Guitammer Company - who sell the ButtKicker brand of low frequency audio transducers and now owns a new broadcast patent on haptic / tactile broadcasting - has never been part of FHTV or anything else for that matter. Check us out at www.thebuttkicker.com and read all our filings on Edgar and you'll see we are "clean" and "real".
