you first must differentiate between talent reward by the public and a hired hand.

How much smarter you think is a CEO of a company than let say you? Does he deserves the salary multiple he has now? After all he did not invent or create the gismo his company is selling it was a company team effort and all must be rewarded.

May be I did not expressed myself correctly but there is no justification that there should be a greater 1 to 5 to 7 ratio between an academic trained employee and the CEO of the company.

As to the extra money? let it invest in the company or distributed to the shareholders
