No, women fake organism to make men feel that they are great sexual partners... even when they aren't.

As far as a time to die. It is mostly genetics expanded or contracted by accident, nutrition and exercise that determines your lifespan. Some folks age and die rapidly, most in the due course of three score and ten. And some like myself that after nearly three centuries wonder if we ever will. Yet, Methusela lived 969 years, so I too may yet have a long way to go.
