Michael, I can't argue this point about insider info without a basis for what's improper. Is there a difference between using the telephone and on-line? Curious why you require clarification.

1) What is "insider info", in other words, what info is deemed material and what are the ways to dessiminate the information to make it insider? I think the answer is it's a case by case basis.

2) Is there some sanctioned vehicle for releasing information that might be otherwise be considered "insider info"? Can't it be the telephone? Is it only press releases? If so, which ones? Not everyone subscribes to all of them.

3)Bear in mind, while most here are claiming the $10 million is the info, the only thing that appears to have been released by the company is a statement that the merger is a done deal, correct? Many folks are involved in these things and I think it would be unfair to assume RMIL management release that info.
