Is there something in particular that presents the scenario you envision, or is it just the realization that if you do something well and it is in demand, others will do it too and try an outdo you? Andy Grove's "only the paranoid survive". I'm hoping TI will find a way to keep their products in demand, special, and buying Amati may be one of them. Please cue me in, however, if you have some keener insight. Thanks, Michael
