Kugler, your point is stupid. Morgan sat on the release announcing the ten mil', because he wanted to have it in the bank first. He's well aware the company is under scrutiny. He told, probably anyone who asked, ...well, almost anyone, he won't take YOUR calls....that the 10mil' was happening from what he could see, but won't announce it until its' a 'done-deal'...some 'insider' info. Maybe if you didn't alienate the guy w/ all your BS, you could've gotten the same info., Pugs
