When King interjected by reminding Romney the question that had been asked, the candidate replied, “You know, you get to ask the questions you want; I get to give the answers I want.” Here, he was borrowing directly from the Gingrich playbook, but Romney came across as someone who was blurting out his handlers’ stage directions. It was artless, and it generated a spoof by one wag on Twitter: “Moderator: ‘What’s your favorite color?’ Romney: ‘Hot dogs.’ ”

Romney has used this ploy in nearly all debates. We now know how he will handle a conference with the WH Press House Corps should he become the president. Typical politician gambit to answer the question you want to reply to versus the one actually posed.

As an aside, it has become obvious that Paul supports Romney over the other two candidates. Many bloggers and pundits are now seeing this trend. Wonder what is up with that.

Perhaps Romney will make him Secretary of State so he can solve our foreign policy issues. LOL
