I repeat the arctic ice cap formed 700,000 to 4 million years ago and has been aroudn long enough for grizzly bears to evolve into semi aquatic polar bears. Did the entire arctic ice pack melt in the summer during medevial periods and any other warming period in the last 700,000 years. No.

Now we are looking at the entire arctic ice pack melting in the summer in about a 100 year period.

That should make your hair stand on end!
