FT, just out of curiousity what post # was riley's statement? TIA I searched for his original post regarding the 5 and 5 merger and was unable to find it.. DD PS: you seem to think I'm singling him out, I'm not, my questions are the same ones Mike is currently asking about regarding Selective Disclosure-which I posted this morning from the SEC web site.
