S martin,

Your logic is irrefutable from my perspective. That is what makes RMIL such an interesting case study for me. RileyG claims that almost all but 165,000 shares are in certificate form, yet we haven't seen this stock skyrocket yet.

Let me pass on a thought for everyone out there. If you have all of the shares in certificate form, this means the the mmkrs don't have any to trade in their inventory. Now supposing that Mr. Mork is drastically short this stock and wants to cover his position, he has to find some shares out there somewhere to replace those that he borrowed and sold short. Since all of you have almost every stinking share of this stock, where is Mr. Mork going to find any for himself??

Now Mr. Mork can go into the public market and purchase them from a mmkr, but since the mmkr doesn't have any shares in his inventory to sell to Mr. Mork, that means he will have to "go short" himself to fill the order... AND the mmkr HAS TO fill at least a minimum order of, I believe, 1,000 shares. So since the mmkr is loath to go short, trading in this stock should begin to dry up on the buy side. Any selling would have to be short-selling by someone since we know that the Cartel member certainly aren't parting with their shares... :0)

So my question is, where are all the trades coming from given that the stock isn't advancing?? In the view of a MMkr, I ask you... would you short this stock if you knew that all the shares were in certificate form??

Just one major variable that is not being factored into the short squeeze equation.

Regards,

Ron
