FLU looks like it could be a value buy for me. Not sure how I'd buy it though if it's only on the Vienna exchange. Or how expensive the brokerage costs for that would be for me.

Negative about the company for me is that it's still 50% owned by local government entities. Which suggests that political considerations will be very important.
