PP&L Corporation Common Stock (PPL) is one I recently added and they pay just over 5%. They got a recent favorable ruling for their Montana subsidiary that has Hydro electric plants. Their riverbed contracts w/ these facilities are still valid w/ the Feds. The State wanted to re negotiate them for more money as they claimed these river beds were State owned not Federal owned.

PPL also well diversified and has raised their dividend every year for some time too.

FWIW also added TSCDY the European supermarket chain w/ stores worldwide (Asia and Brazil). They pay a 4.5% dividend paid April and October. Company is a Buffet favorite too.
