I strongly agree with you on all points, GZ. BTW, here is another prime example of why America's government does not function. Obama's staff is ignoring current laws regarding the previous budget that was passed, based on convoluted accounting gimmicks and outright lies by the OMB. It's all part of the record. Sen. Sessions, laughing at his serious questions, and refusing to cooperate and answer! What the hell?!?!? That bastard is another traitor of America! It looks like a clear charge of contempt of Congress!
