I thought it was the hope of people that either a split and/or a dividend would be announced at the meeting. When that didn't occur, one could think the price of the stock would go down. But it still may go down in the next few days. Since it seems the possibility of a stock split is on the back burner, the only hope for the near future is for a dividend. Depending how much the stock goes up, if it does, will tell me what if any other factors are involved in its rise other then the hope of a dividend. The hope of a dividend will only go so far in pushing the price up.
