I don't think there should be an income tax at all but we are really stuck with it. Doesn't a third of our taxes go to pay interest on borrowed money. Doesn't the Federal Reserve own most of our debt now, even above China? Why should a third of my taxes go as interest to the Federal Reserve? Coincidence that the Federal Reserve and Income Tax were both created in 1913 for this express purpose?
