If we assume CATS bleeding ceases a year from now and that growth continues at 70%/yr as it has in the past three years then we should expect .03*1.7 = .05/sh in the third Q98. If we allow an extra 30% growth (to 100%/yr) that would produce .06/sh. Using your formulation for full year and PE = 25 that would yield $6 stock price. Your PE = 25 may be low. If JM can solve the CATS problem, and new products roll out by 1st Q, it could merit a PE of about 40-to-50 and $10 stock valuation. Tulvio
