Greg, Shooting Star; Signals the top of an upward move. By itself not a major reversal signal (but when coupled with those lines I drew, it probably is a signal of the larger downtrend continuation). a. gap open while stock trending up. b. small black body at the lower end. c. long upper shadow (approx. 3 times length of body). d. very small or no lower shadow.
