Sankar, How ironic that you speak of macro-economics. When I was in college in the 70''s (ouch!) most of my econ profs. were not from the US and had a more global view. We have been very nearsighted in many areas for the last couple decades. But when do you think WS will jump into the present? And what will it take? I really don't think all analysts are idiots and I know some that actually have a masters in finance! Regards Barbara
