right the church was dying in the 60s and 70s, they couldn't recruit nuns, go to a Catholic school now and most have Zero nuns, they couldn't recruit Brothers, the Christian Brothers are almost extinct.

And they couldn't recruit Priests, but they needed priests more than Brothers and sisters so they turned a blind eye to the new recruits being homos, They didn't know that many homos are pedophiles
