Kenneth, lets clarify a point here------there is no reason for every person to stay in high school through age 18.

Nor is there any reason that every person should go to college.

Nor is there any reason that everyone who goes to college should have vocational training.

Get the Federal Government out of telling people what education they should have.

Federal Government should have no role in education.
