What is being dumped is not just disk drives. Computers by NEC, Hitachi and Samsung are also going to be dumped, if no done already. At first it was DRAM, which is selling more than ever at no profit. Then it was Disk drive which is enjoying highest sale and lowest profit.

What next?

Gateway lost money. Micron warned of lower earning. What next?

In case of disk drives, most people burried their head in sand and said "it is an isolated problem" only to be burned badly when the fact finally hit.

It is my feeling that box makers will join the line of high volume low profit and low p/e stock next.

We will see on Tuesday morning.
