Pancho: BB stocks are the stocks that trade in NASDAQ Bulletin Board. They are not the regular NASDAQ stocks and do not have to follow the NASDAQ regulations. Although there are some good companies, obtaining reliable infos on many BB stocks are very difficult and they are subject to heavy hype by various parties. Since most of the stocks are priced below $5, most of the brokers will not allow you to short them. DD = Due Dilligence. Sorry for my delay in responding to your questions.
