Of course they're not in the financials... You think they would want to reveal this?? Puhr knows the regulations, he(they!!) should have known better in the first place. And I didn't see a stock registration filing for those shares either.

But then again, BB stocks are not under the same reporting status as fully listed companies. This is the venture capital market folks and its runs fast and loose. That is what the SEC is hoping to crack down upon.
