Well, if it's the No Labels group, it would be a third party group from "the center." Hard to say what that might mean since the center keeps moving right. Witness Snowe's recent rightward moves for one thing.

If the tea party types leave the Rep party for a third one, that's a definite plus for Obama and the Dems. But a centrist third party is a bit harder to figure.
