the issue with NTL is do you wait until this mess settles down with argentina. i think the dividend announcement comes in one month.

when i looked, i didn't see the shareholder's meeting proxy, which is where i presume they will vote to approve the dividend. last year the meeting was somewhere in the 1st or 2nd week of Apr. the proxy obviously will be released prior to the shareholder's meeting.
