Carol, I employ geologist and guess what...
it isn't stratified that way.
it appears to be mixed up in many many areas.
so, it isn't all the old on very bottom and work up.
the geologist I know all say that's one of the puzzles...
not being all neatly dated as you go lower.
So, they can't conclude that and don't.
Plus, so far every missing link that was thoguht to be the answer, yrs later, it's disproved and in some cases like the piltdown man it was proved a hoax.
So, the sceintist are still searching for the missing link.
Right now they are studying the "lucy woman". She is the find
they have hopes will pan out...
But, so far it takes time maybe years and years...but, they themselves
disprove the finds. No missing link yet.
All the old discoveries have been disproved and they are working on a new ones now..
My guess is 50 years from now... todays finds have been disproved and
we are working on new batch.
For years they thought the Nebraska man was the missing link..
well it turned out to be a simple pig<gg>.
I can call them all off and I quote what the evolutionist
say about the discoveries , that's all I would need.
You do know that if we evolved....then where are are the little steps
between each speices...not as many of those as there should be<gg>
the gap is refers to gap of time inbetween gen 1;1 and gen:2 and
gen 1;2 is a gap, and then a gen 1:2 and gen 1:3 has another gap.
then He recreated the earth in 6 - 24 hrs days.
It's intersting to lay all three theories out
