Unfortunately Eddie, there will ALWAYS be unsatisfied customers in EVERY business. I'm not making excuses for Micron, especially since your experiences will cost them an account, however, it is a fact of life. There ARE lemons from every company and it is true that many companies (incl DELL and CPQ) may replace defective parts with rebuilt ones and usually do it this way. I remember having to repair a printer once, and being told that the replacement was refurbished. I offered to pay a higher price for brand new and was told that option wasn't even available.
