they are not going to introduce the tax products for at least a year and i would bet 2 years. it doesn't help the capital issue.

the fdic overhang will always remain in my opinion. in a larger bank it's not a deal. for these guys it's a killer. they could earn 12mm pretty quickly which is 150mm in deposit growth. that's less than what they have done in the past. so a small capital raise would not be out of the ordinary.

the question is whether or not they are shopping themselves. do you have any thoughts on that?
