sizes are very small.good sign that the shares aren't being picked up by large 10,000-25,000 blocks. very wide spread buying. ground floor already passed 2nd floor at 90cents or under 3rd probably 1.25-1.35$. public has no say in wanting it or not. it already was mandated long ago. you don't want to wait until closer to the launch because news is usually discounted 6months to a year in advance. the canadian launch will probably come much earlier than the american side. look for crtc sept decision to usher the standards in to a full debut. regardless of what the fundamentals are ,watch the opening tomorrow. check if volume is heavy. price could move over 2$. but i don't want to get anyone's hopes up. almost doubled last thurs.
