Thanks for your comments. My gut gladly anticipated your commentary. I am nervous, but some what bewildered by any markets participants which would short circuit their own best interest for a promise from Red Mountain. Why would anyone want to own Red Mountain given their balance sheet and acreage versus XBOR balance sheet and acreage, and if they did buy us, how do they pay us -- paper? At the minimum, I feel any prudent investor should let Key Bank as a their fiduciary fully realize the value of their investment. With acreage at a premium, I feel intutively, some mid size company will do a deal. Assets of this size to include quality Permian are hard to find. I feel like my down side is my cost and the upside is whatever Key Bank can negotiate. I am in it for the count.

I heard a rumor that EOG is buying up acreage. Do you have thoughts?

A friend of mine bought Ridgeline today.
