Matt, I sort of see how your discounted cash flow worksheet works. What I would do is determine COP relative valuation to it's peers (you have them in your spreadsheet already) and determine how the discount to fair value compares for each of those bellwether.

This will give you a better feel for the relative valuation of COP, imo.
