Okay, thanks. Another thing (being as we're free to speak our mind here -g-): From accounts I've read, the whole Chinese govt is way too corrupt. Payoffs of officials to get things done is the order of the day, and from some accounts there is outright extortion going on by govt officials. "Pay me or I don't give you the permit/sign the approval" type of things. America is certainly not squeeky clean there either, but at least on the local level, the officials are pretty much kept in line.

The people must be empowered to initiate changes whenever they see fit in a democracy. They can't do that in a communist country.
