what does this mean, and where can i find it. i keep plugging away and i see a bit over 50% of TEO owned by NTL and a bit under 50% to the preferred B, so maybe 25% roughly of any dividends paid by TEO flow through. still having a great difficulty in determining the share counts. don't understand why if common is 70-odd percent of capital stock that it only gets half the results. what about tax issues? in U.S. often target at least 80% ownership for something like this to avoid double tax (triple?) on dividends paid to majority shareholder. here they only have a tad over 50%. given argentina's concern about keeping money in country, why do they not have a withholding tax?
