Correction The market took it as a lease, but the Exhibit 10.1 was actually a Form of Lease. One part with the date had blank of blank with the blanks to be filled in with day and month when and if it is executed. Wynn Resorts Limited has reported the error. The stock remains above 130.50 at this time. More recently, it did fall back to below 129. EDIT an 8-K/A was filed at 11:32 in part it has Item 8.01. Other Events. On March 2, 2012, a Current Report regarding the gazetting of the Cotai Land Concession Contract on Form 8-K (the “Land Concession 8-K”) was filed by mistake by the Company's agent. The filing was not authorized by the Company. The Cotai Land Concession Contract has not been gazetted. The purpose of this filing is to retract the Land Concession 8-K in its entirety.
