More on Samsung and Korean situation from S&P: techweb.cmp.com Standard & Poor's said it was concerned that the weak Korean economy will adversely affect domestic demand for electronics products. The company also said turmoil in the Korean economy and financial markets could increase funding costs and reduce the financial flexibility of the companies. It added that these companies are highly leveraged and rising domestic interest rates will also be a financial burden for these manufacturers. --- Last sentence is a very good point!!!
