FIVE MORE MACRO DIAMONDS FOUND IN MALI PROJECT

The Company is pleased to announce the discovery of five (5)
new macro diamonds in its Kenieba Project, Mali, West Africa.
The Kenieba Diamond Project is a joint venture between Mink
International and Ashton West Africa Pty Ltd. - a member of the
Ashton Group of Companies based in Melbourne, Australia.

The first and second stones, weighing over one carat and 0.5
carats respectively, were recovered from the Bouka Area, Faraba
District where no diamonds were found in the past. These new
finds indicate that the Potential Willie Kimberlite Cluster at the
southern section of the Property may be larger than delineated
earlier. Several aeromagnetic anomalies were recently identified
in this potential cluster by Ashton geophysicists. In addition to
the Willie, the Kenieba Concession has three other potential
clusters, namely: Dialafara, Tinkolu and Saraya. The 25 known
kimberlitic bodies in the Property are in the established Doundi
Cluster.

The third and fourth new diamonds, both over 0.50 mm and also from
test pits, were discovered in the Sansanto Area. This area is
noted for its many diamond discoveries, specially the large size
gemstones of 232, 137, 102 and 98 carats. Ashton geophysicists
and Dearn Lee, Mink's Diamond Consultant, have selected an
important aeromagnetic anomaly located less than half a kilometre
from the large diamond discoveries. This anomaly - which now
appears to be the probable source of the large gemstones in the
Sansanto Area, and the 44 hectare Kassama Anomaly are the joint
venture's primary drill targets this exploration season. Eight
additional priority targets, selected on the basis of combined
aeromagnetic and positive indicator mineral results, were also
identified by Dearn Lee and Ashton geophysicists for drilling.

The fifth new diamond just found, likewise over 0.50 mm in size,
was recovered from a test pit excavated at the Kenieti Anomaly.
In the latter, the Mink-Ashton joint venture has discovered so far
a total of three (3) diamonds, including two in one sample.
