Now diverting attention by strawman of comparing you to a puppy killer ? christ ...is Midge having another meltdown *already ?!* The point you were making was an easy one , if Jesus was God & was praying to himself it follows naturally when anyone prays they are only doing the same . There is no more more simple way to look at it that "God" is a construct which just as easily can be replaced by human beings deciding rationally & thru experience which are the right ways to live morally & conduct themselves ethically . There is of course no black & white and is predetermined by the dictates of the times but this argument that there is no absolute moral grounding secured by any other agency than this "higher mind intelligence" literally breaks down when anyone takes the briefest look at the history of the Church thru the last 1500yrs reformation to reformation . King Henry VIII & Martin Luther down to just the last century good prime examples of this but 100's more of arbitrary moral examples of equivilency going on right there in front of everyone's eyes , centuries of it .
