Sam was built up to be the "best", helped develop IPM's process, which was basically a given according to IPM, and IPM made it look like Sam, who helped develop the process, was going to be overseeing BD when they did the COC report on the process. Psst... it's in the bag!!! Unfortunately, Sam either lied to RS, or BD is so stupid as to not have been able to realize what Bateman did, in 2 months...... Sam weighed in my decision........
