I hate replying to myself. It kinda looks like there's no action on the thread. Anyways, I posted a message about my stated concerns on the Newsgroup <misc.invest.canada> to see if I can generate some comments on this REIT. I'm tempted to call Burgundy Mgmt. but I think they'll ask who in the hell are you. Anyone familiar with that company? Then again, I will ask them 'Why post such critical commentary on the public newswires unless you're trying to get reaction." Let's just sit tight and see how this REIT does. Anyone know the date of the first quarterly distribution?
