This is probably only a short term pattern, but TOWV seems to go from 1 1/2 to 2 and back every three or four days. Volume is heavy enough that even etrade manages to get my trades at set prices. Actually, 1 9/16 to 1 15/16 is more likely since little gets traded at 1 1/2 or 2. Still, 24% in a couple days isn't bad...
