whenit, Ridgeline (RLE.V) -- the quarterly report that came out last Wednesday had a nice surprise in it, their Greenfill business (which does soil remediation for the oil & gas industry) did $1.3M of revenue vs. the $0.5M that had been projected by Mackie. Mackie thinks they can get this business up to just under $4M in revenue by next fiscal year (March year-end), which seems eminently doable at this point. These may sound like small #'s for a $100M market cap company but the margins in this are quite robust, about 50%.

The other thing in the quarterly that sparked my interest was that they put down a $50K deposit on a "contemplated acquisition". Not sure what this relates to but my current hunch is that it might have something to do with a field test they have been doing at an industrial water treatment facility in Los Angeles.

One of the things I like about this company is that its not just a one-trick pony, there are other potential applications for its technologies other than just oil & gas water treatment.
