No history prior to the 13G Filing, which is a passive filing, as opposed to a 13D. They will have to report again within 45 days of the end of the year (circa 2/15/13), or if their ownership changes by 5% or more from here to the downside (virtually eliminating the position) or if they cross 10% on the upside.
