R.G. In my DD on said company I have one question. What happend to the 6,000,000 shares issued IMO, to buy the mining co? Seems they were given to Juina Mining Co Inc. Reno Nevada as Restricted Equity at $2.00 a share yet I do not see a bit of news from the compnay that they did get the shares back or in the Nov 7 news on the Disengaged statment that financial terms were stated. Where are they at with the 6,000,000 shres??? It seems to be 144 stock yet it's gone and now in the hands of JMC Mining. Did JMC ever operate as a stock company in any country out side of the US. market? Were they on the VSE board trading under a diffrent name? If you find the clear message for me I may follow up with some buying on this issue yet not until the compnay issues a press rel. that states the wash out with the shares back in the compnay's treasury and that is JMO. Yes I also see this one as HIGHLY SPECULATIVE---Holding off to go Long! Regards, JNelson
