Apparently, many institutional investors share that opinion, as they couldn't exit fast enough and have not chosen to reenter even at these levels. We'll probably never know for sure unless the Townshend lawsuit vs. Rockwell turns out to be yet another case of Rockwell misappropriating trade secrets for their own benefit. It certainly wouldn't be the first time. Only time will tell, and perhaps not even then.
