Gosh, Ish....that sounds like a wonderful addition! Also sounds like a great party room if the need arises....Friends have done their two car garage like that, and don't park their cars inside....Lots of built in cupboards, carpet, pool table that had a plywood cover for it and doubles as a wonderful Buffet table when needed....Every inch of this place has floor to ceiling cupboards.....I'm jealous!
